About WebAR
WebAR is augmented reality (AR) that runs directly in a web browser. No dedicated app is required — visitors simply open a URL to place a 3D model in their real-world space. It works in the standard browsers on iOS and Android (Safari/Chrome).
WebAR works on iPhone/iPad running iOS 12 or later and Android 8.0 or later smartphones. iPhone uses Safari's Quick Look AR and Android uses Chrome's Scene Viewer AR to place 3D models in the real world through the camera. No app installation is needed.
Pitat-AR supports the GLB (glTF Binary) format, a web-optimized 3D format that bundles textures and animations into a single file. Uploaded GLB files are automatically converted to USDZ (for iOS), so one file covers both iOS and Android.
Pricing
The Free plan lets you create 3 AR assets with up to 1,000 monthly views. You can upload GLB files up to 10MB and use all core features including automatic USDZ conversion, QR code generation, and view tracking. No credit card is required to start.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades apply immediately so you can use higher-tier features right away, while downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle.
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB). The Enterprise plan also supports invoice payment (bank transfer). All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How to Use
There are four main ways to obtain a 3D model: (1) capture it with a 3D scanning app such as Polycam or Scaniverse, (2) create it in 3DCG software like Blender, (3) buy it from a marketplace such as Sketchfab, or (4) commission a 3D production studio. We can also introduce you to a studio — just contact us.
Just copy and paste an iframe snippet. Paste the iframe code issued in the Pitat-AR dashboard anywhere in your website's HTML to display the 3D viewer. You can also share via QR codes or URL links.
A view is counted each time an AR page is displayed. Duplicate counts within the same session are excluded for accurate numbers. You can monitor views in real time on the dashboard to measure your marketing performance.
Technical Specs
It depends on your plan: 10MB on Free, 50MB on Pro, and 100MB on Team. For larger files, we recommend compressing with optimization tools such as glTF-Transform. For display speed, keeping files under 10MB is recommended.
Conversion usually completes in about 1–2 minutes. It varies with file size and complexity, but in most cases finishes within 2 minutes. You can check conversion status in real time on the dashboard and get notified on completion.
Yes, on the Enterprise plan you can manage assets programmatically via a REST API, including asset CRUD operations, view-statistics retrieval, and webhook notifications. Contact us for details.
